Block board are made out of excellent quality of plantation timber. SDR method is used for making battens and frame, this method provides straight longer size battens and frame to ensure no gaps in this product. Planks are chemically treated in a tank and later seasoned in a kiln according to scheduled temperature and humidity control chart before converting into battens and frames.

XCOM Block Boards
XCOM Block boards arc pressed in hot press under controlled conditions (temperature and pressure). High quality phenol formaldehyde resins (conforming to IS : 848 Specification) arc used for gluing veneers. This product is treated with a special type preservatives, which insulate the Block board and make resistance against borers, fungi, termites and other microorganism etc.
